{"id":346,"date":"2026-08-31T16:19:52","date_gmt":"2026-08-31T16:19:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pamelaparkerfollick.org\/?p=346"},"modified":"2026-08-31T16:19:54","modified_gmt":"2026-08-31T16:19:54","slug":"welcome-to-reflections","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pamelaparkerfollick.org\/es\/welcome-to-reflections\/","title":{"rendered":"Welcome to Reflections"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A place to pause, get curious, and maybe find something you needed today.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&#8217;ve always been someone who reflects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I think about the things I&#8217;ve experienced, the things I&#8217;m learning, the things I&#8217;m unlearning, and the little moments that somehow teach me something about myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And I share a lot of those thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sometimes they&#8217;re about healing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sometimes they&#8217;re about trauma and the nervous system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sometimes they&#8217;re spiritual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sometimes they&#8217;re about gratitude, relationships, boundaries, self-love, grief, growth or learning to trust yourself again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And sometimes they&#8217;re simply something that happened on an ordinary Tuesday that made me stop and think.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That&#8217;s what this space is for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Reflections isn&#8217;t meant to be a traditional blog.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#8217;s more like a collection of thoughts, insights, gentle reminders and things I&#8217;ve learned, both through my professional work and through being a human being who has spent a lot of years doing her own healing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some posts might offer education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some might give you something to think about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some might include questions you can take away and journal about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And some might simply remind you that somebody else has been there too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You don&#8217;t need to agree with everything you read here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You don&#8217;t need to believe what I believe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You don&#8217;t even need to <em>do<\/em> anything with what you find.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Take what resonates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Question what doesn&#8217;t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Get curious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leave something behind if it isn&#8217;t yours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And maybe every once in a while, you&#8217;ll read something that makes you stop for a second and think:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Oh. I needed that today.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That&#8217;s really what I hope this space becomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not somewhere that tells you who you should be or how you should heal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But somewhere that offers another way of looking at something.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A place that encourages you to turn inward, listen to yourself and discover what is true for <strong>you<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because ultimately, I don&#8217;t believe I have your answers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I believe you do.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sometimes we just need a little support, connection or reflection to help us hear them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So welcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Read.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Explore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reflect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Come back whenever something calls you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I&#8217;m glad you&#8217;re here.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A gentle invitation to reflect<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since you&#8217;re here, we might as well begin with a question:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What brought you here today?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And maybe more importantly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What part of yourself are you ready to get a little more curious about?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A place to pause, get curious, and maybe find something you needed today.
